Through guided instruction in study skills, academic writing, time management, and goal setting, students will build the confidence and competence to thrive in a university learning environment (8 Weeks) 3 Units $1,000.00

2.) Online with 1 hour Instructor-Led Weekly Zoom meetings, 3 unit price = $1,250.00 per course.

3.) Face to Face - in your home country; (30 Students Minium) 3 unit price = $1,750.00 per course.

CAP 194: Career Pathways - Exploring Your Future - Students develop professional documents including resumes, cover letters, and thank-you notes while learning interviewing and communication skills. Additional instruction includes time management, understanding 120-unit bachelor's degree requirements, NLP communication models, VAK learning styles, and APA formatting.

The Management and Leadership Certificate, titled “The Making of a CEO,” provides a comprehensive 12-unit professional credential designed to prepare students for the challenges of today’s dynamic business landscape. This program specifically targets students with the skills to become aspiring executives, entrepreneurs, and organizational leaders, equipping them with the essential knowledge and skills needed for success in their careers.

Course 1: OGL 200 – Introduction to Organizational Leadership - Key Topics: • Leadership styles and theories • Vision and strategy development • Ethical leadership and integrity • Building trust and organizational culture • Overcoming leadership challenges

Course 2: OGL 220 – Behavioral Dynamics in Organizations - Key Topics: • Motivation and human performance • Emotional intelligence and leadership behavior • Group dynamics and team development • Organizational communication and influence • Ethics and power in the workplace

Students that complete 30 Units can apply for University in the United States as tranfer students; applying as 2nd Year Sophmore transfer student!
